Do you ship to my location?

We presently shipping internationally to all global countries, however, certain products like the mirrors are sold and shipped exclusively within the GCC area i.e., only to Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Bahrain

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Local orders (KUWAIT) will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day of the placing an order.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, shipping charges will depend on the weight of the product(s) ordered. It will be provided at the time of checkout.

 

Who is responsible to pay for the import charges or customs fees?

Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them.

 

How do I track my order?                                                                                                                                                                                         

After placing the order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

For international orders- Images and proof of damage of the product needs to be sent via email to info@flamingovanity.com for verification immediately upon receiving the items. If the claim with the images and proof of damage is not received within the same day of receiving the item, we will be unable to process any refund. If the product is accepted for return after verification, customer needs to send the item back in its original box with no damage to the outer box along with the invoice and we will send the delivery info and refund via email.

 

For local orders in Kuwait- Customers will opt to return the item within 15 days of receiving the order. The product(s) need to be in the same condition as it was delivered and no damage whatsoever should be caused to the product or to the outer box. There should be no changes in colours or material and the invoice must be returned with the product.

 

Can I modify the shipping address after it has been placed?

Yes, you can do that within the first 1-2 hours of placing the order via email info@flamingovanity.com

 

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel the order as per the following timelines:

 

For local orders in Kuwait: Cancellation for local delivery in Kuwait should be within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing the order unless the order is already out if the order is out for delivery in which case, we will be unable to cancel the order.

 

For international orders: For international orders, cancellation should be done within the first 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Is there a cancellation fee applicable?

No, there is no cancellation fee.

 

What happens if there are order delays or cancellations from Flamingo vanity’s end?

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and will notify you about the delay and keep you updated about the delivery timelines via email. In case, we are not able to deliver at all, we will cancel your order and refund the money.

 

Can I return my order on Flamingo Vanity and What is the timeline to return a damaged product?

What is the Flamingo Vanity return policy for cash on delivery?

At the moment, we do not provide an option for cash on delivery. All payments for orders have to made in advance to be eligible for return.

 

Can I ask the delivery agent to reschedule the pickup date?

You can email us to check if the pickup can be rescheduled.

 

What if I miss my Flamingo Vanity order pickup?

When will I receive the refunded amount after cancellation or return of the product?

We will refund the amount within 15-30 working days from the date of cancellation or receiving of the returned product.
